who can teach Boot Camp as well as Yoga and everything
in between. Her amazing level of experience, training,
and talent makes her one of the best instructors in
the area and a superb trainer for new instructors

Janice
has worked in the fitness industry for five+ years.
She is a certified personal trainer and a group fitness
instructor. Janice specializes in helping people with
weight loss, general fitness, and body sculpting.
She has experience working with people of all ages,
genders , and fitness levels. She believes we can
all achieve our natural size with the correct balance
of exercise, diet, and rest! Janice is currently teaching
weight loss classes, weight training for youth, and a variety
of group fitness classes at our Silverdale location.
Janice is a certified group fitness instructor who
teaches everything from Yoga to Boot Camp.

Personal Trainer
Matt has his masters degree in Sports Management
and his personal training certification through ACE.
Using functional strength and core training, Matt trains
his clients like athletes regardless of age or fitness
level. Matt specializes in athletic performance an
injury prevention and rehabilitation. |

the mother of four, she understands the challenges

involved in "getting back into shape"! Julie
specializes in pre and post-natal and enjoys working

prepared to help with your goals and make it an enjoyable

Deb has been a certified personal trainer since 1991
through ACE. She has also been a certified aerobics
instructor since 1987. She has successfully helped
men and women of all ages lose unwanted fat and gain
muscle. She specializes in fat loss, muscular strength,
cardiovascular fitness, and nutritional counseling.

Ann Marie is certified with the Aerobic Fitness Association
of America. Ann Marie has been teaching aerobics for
over 15 years and is renowned for her classes. Ann
Marie's expertise in a variety of aerobics, yoga,
and weight training make her a well-rounded personal
trainer for all. Ann Marie is the trainer to help
you achieve your goals and meet your needs. |

Eileen
Watland PTA, ACSM, ACE, CFT
GROUP FITNESS
Eileen has been a certified Personal Trainer/Fitness
Instructor for over 30 years with both the American
College of Sports Medicine and the American Council
on Exercise. Eileen specializes in older adults but
loves encouraging people of all ages to get up and
move safely. With osteoarthritis and type 1 Diabetes,
she has realized the importance of exercise at any
age to maintain independence, improve your quality
of life, and in the prevention and control of several
disease processes.

Personal Trainer
I was overweight my entire childhood into my early
adulthood. It wasn't until I started making weight
training and cardio a priority in my life did I lose 90
pounds and reach a healthy weight. It was this
transformation that sparked my love for fitness and my
need to help others with this battle.
I create workouts in 30 or
60 minutes formats and love tailoring programs to fit
each individual. |

Jeanne Priest loves working as well as working out
at Kingston Fitness. She is committed to designing
individualized workout programs based on scientific
exercise theory that are safe, fun, effective, and
realistic. She especially enjoys motivating those

Gary
is a Washington native and has been a resident of
Kitsap County for 54 years. Gary started bodybuilding
in 1989 but a disability in 1994 ended any serious
plans of future goals in this area. Gary has been
an employee of Flex Fitness, now Silverdale Fitness,
since 1995. He is our early morning pillar! He enjoys
helping others reach their fitness goals and going
on road trips every chance he gets.
