Silverdale/Kingston Fitness
and Cardio-Theater is a state of the art health facility offering
Flex and Paramount strengthening equipment, a large well-equipped
free weight room, including the new Leverage equipment, and
the Cardio-Theater room that offers a variety of aerobic equipment
to meet most individual needs and interests. This equipment
includes a choice of 7 TVs, CD players, cassette tape players,
VCRs, and a choice of radio stations, all of which can be
watched or listened to on your private headphones. |

Fitness’s family-friendly setting has been serving Kitsap County
for the last 15 years and in 1997 joined forces
with Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics. This union has
enhanced the services and programs offered by Silverdale Fitness
and has expanded the staff to include licensed Physical Therapists
and Athletic Trainers providing members with free injury screenings
and advice on injury prevention |

7 DAYS A WEEK: Silverdale Fitness is open Monday through Friday from
5:00am until 10:00pm, and on Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Kingston
Fitness is open Monday through Friday 5:00am-8:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm,
and Sunday Closed.
